About Us
Reality Escapes is a premium outdoor living company delivering high-end residential landscapes and pools across Sydney, the Illawarra, and South Coast NSW. We design, build, and maintain premium outdoor spaces for clients who expect the best. We are building a team of people who want to grow, take on more responsibility, and help shape the direction of a business serious about becoming Australia's most trusted name in premium outdoor living.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Site Foreman to join us full time. This is a senior leadership role for a trade qualified landscaper who knows how to run a project from the first day on site through to final handover, lead a team with confidence, and hold the standard our clients invest in when they choose to partner with us.
As our Site Foreman, you will be responsible for the full scope of residential landscaping and pool builds across our project portfolio. That means running a team of tradespeople and apprentices, keeping builds on schedule and on budget, enforcing site safety standards, purchasing materials, managing deliveries, and maintaining the kind of transparent, professional communication with clients and the Project Director that sets Reality Escapes apart.
You will be as comfortable on a machine as you are in a conversation with a client. You are a natural motivator who leads by example, brings energy and accountability to the people around you, and actively mentors the next generation of landscaping tradespeople.
This is not a role where you show up, manage your section, and hand it off. The service we provide is as important as what we physically build, and this person is central to delivering both.
What We Are Looking For
Trade qualified in landscaping or a related discipline. Landscape Construction Certificate or equivalent preferred.
Proven experience as a site foreman or in a senior leadership role on residential landscaping and pool projects.
Broad working knowledge across landscaping disciplines including earthworks, tiling, stonework, planting, fencing, enveloping, and pool construction.
Experienced operating landscaping machinery including excavators, bobcats, and skid steers.
Demonstrated ability to lead, direct, and mentor a team across multiple trade disciplines on site.
Strong ability to read and interpret construction and landscape plans and documentation.
Proven ability to build and maintain supplier relationships in the construction or landscaping industry.
High standards of client communication and professionalism on site.
Comfortable using project management software as part of the daily workflow.
White card as a minimum. Additional licences and tickets viewed favourably.
What We Offer
A structured, well-run business with real systems, processes and tools
Competitive salary plus benefits
Genuine pathways to senior and leadership roles as the business grows
Investment in your training and development through skills-based courses
A team that holds itself to a high standard and expects the same from everyone in it
A workplace where craft is respected and quality is non-negotiable
A solid team culture with regular events that bring the group together
If that sounds like the right place for you, we want to hear from you. Complete the form below to Apply Now.
