About the Role

We are looking for a trade-qualified Landscape Tradesman with hands-on experience across both landscape construction and pool renovation and construction. This is a role for someone who works on the tools every day and takes personal responsibility for the quality and pace of their own work.

You will not be running a project solo. You will be keeping assigned work on track, raising issues early, and operating to the standard Reality Escapes builds its reputation on. For the right person, this is a genuine step toward a future Site Foreman role.

What We Are Looking For

• Trade qualified, with hands on experience in landscape construction and pool renovation or construction

• Confident with brickwork, concrete, tiling, edging, horticulture and drainage on landscapes sites

• Current White Card and driver's licence

• Experience or working knowledge of machine operation

• Someone who takes ownership of their own quality and pace, and communicates problems early

• A genuine interest in growing into a Site Foreman role over time

• Confident with brickwork, concrete, formwork, plumbing and drainage on landscape sites

• Current White Card and driver's licence
