Delivered for a returning client looking to revitalise two of the home’s key entertaining spaces in Mosman. The pool surrounds below and the balcony above both capture sweeping views across Middle Harbour, but the areas had begun to feel disconnected with structural issues.

Our goal was to create spaces that felt calm, refined and effortless to use. Places where the family could relax, entertain and fully enjoy the outlook while ensuring the two levels worked together visually.

The balcony was reworked in crazy paving with mitred edges and integrated strip drains so the surface reads as one continuous plane. The architectural piers stepping down to the pool were clad in limestone, tying the upper and lower levels together.

Behind the scenes we also rectified waterproofing issues and rising damp, with custom scaffolding built inside the pool to safely complete the façade works.
