Our Process1
Consultation
Our initial design consultation is our first chance to explore the many opportunities for your new residential landscape design. Our consultations are usually held on site, where our landscape design team will get to understand your wants and needs for the space and as well as any challenges and opportunities around the land.
At this stage, our clients will have a brief idea of what they want and need from their space, although aren’t sure on the best execution to make it happen. Our team make sure that we are providing experienced based ideas and insights for how to get the most out of your space.
From this session a design fee proposal including a design brief will be prepared and emailed to you.

Concept design
Once you have accepted our design fee proposal, our team will commences the design process. We develop an initial sketch plan illustrating the proposed layout for your new space as well as the materials, finishes and colour scheme.
As your partner, we work collaboratively and make necessary adjustments, ensuring that the final landscape design aligns with your vision.
Once you’re happy with the proposed concept plan for your space, we provide you with the detailed landscape design plans and documentation.

Prepare to build
With your acceptance of the final concept design, we will provide you with an itemised quotation to outline the entire scope of works and walk you through the next steps of getting started on build your space. Having the greatest understanding of your space through our consultation and design process, we ensure that we’re meeting your price expectations.
Not all spaces will require council approval to commence the build. Although if any applications are required, we will handle this on your behalf.
