About the Role

Every tradesperson on our crew started somewhere. This role is where you start.

We are looking for a 1st Year Apprentice to join Team Reality full time and begin a career in landscape and pool construction. No trade experience is needed. You will work alongside our Project Foremen and tradespeople on residential projects, learning the trade properly: preparing sites, handling materials, planting, laying turf, drainage, paving preparation and the finishing details our clients notice.

The work is physical and the days are full. You will be part of a crew that focuses on delivering quality and takes real pride in the spaces we get to create. You will be supported every step of the way, with on-site training, your formal apprenticeship study and regular feedback from the people you work beside.

What We Are Looking For

• A genuine interest in landscaping, construction or working outdoors

• Ready to commit to a full apprenticeship (Certificate III in Landscape Construction or equivalent)

• Physically fit and comfortable with hard, outdoor work in all conditions

• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic

• Able to take direction, listen carefully and learn from feedback

• A team player with a positive, respectful attitude on site and around clients

• White card, or willing to get one before you start

• Driver’s licence (or working towards one) preferred
