Reality Escapes designs, builds and maintains high-end outdoor spaces across Sydney and the Illawarra.

Our Maintenance Division is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Team Leader who knows how to run maintenance work properly. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands standards, takes ownership, and wants steady, well-organised work.

You will be responsible for ongoing garden and lawn maintenance across quality residential sites, while also stepping into plant-outs and softscape works on construction projects when required.

This is not a junior position. We are looking for someone experienced who can deliver without being chased.

Key Responsibilities

• Run scheduled garden and lawn maintenance across residential and select commercial sites

• Carry out mowing, edging, pruning, hedging, mulching and seasonal garden care

• Monitor plant health and identify issues early

• Maintain clean, professional and well-presented sites at all times

• Step into plant-outs and softscape works on active construction projects

• Communicate clearly with the Project Leader regarding progress or site issues

• Take ownership of your run and deliver work to Reality Escapes standards

What You Bring to Us

• Minimum 4 years experience in parks and gardens or landscape maintenance

• Strong plant knowledge and understanding of turf care

• Experience running maintenance schedules independently

• Ability to work autonomously and within a team

• High personal standards and attention to detail

• Manual driver’s licence
