We are growing and we are looking for a skilled Landscape Carpenter to join our construction team. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their craft, holds a high standard of finish, and wants consistent work on projects worth being proud of.
You will be responsible for constructing and installing the timber elements that define our outdoor spaces; decks, pergolas, pool houses, screens and custom structures, working alongside our landscaping and pool construction teams on premium residential projects.
We are looking for a trade-qualified carpenter with real outdoor experience who can deliver without being managed.
Key Responsibilities
Construct and install high-quality outdoor timber structures including decks, pergolas, pool houses, screens and custom feature elements
Read and interpret landscape and architectural plans accurately
Select and work with hardwoods, treated timbers and composite materials suited to outdoor environments
Coordinate with landscapers, pool builders and concreters to sequence and deliver your scope on time
Maintain a clean, safe and professional site at all times
Communicate clearly with the Project Director on progress, materials and any site issues
Take ownership of your work and deliver it to Reality Escapes standards

What You Bring to Us
Trade-qualified carpenter (Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent)
Proven experience in outdoor and landscape carpentry — decks, pergolas and similar structures
A high standard of finish and genuine attention to detail
Ability to work independently and take full ownership of your scope
Valid driver's licence
White Card (Construction Induction)
